The REN TV channel on Thursday, October 15, published a video of the planned flight of two Tu-160 strategic missile carriers in the sky over the neutral waters of the North Atlantic.
The bombers crossed the waters of the Barents, Norwegian and North Seas the day before. In total, the flight lasted about 12 hours.
At different stages of the route, the Tu-160 was accompanied by Russian MiG-31 fighters, the British Eurofighter Typhoon, and the Norwegian F-16.
Pilots of Russian long-range aviation regularly fly over the neutral waters of the Arctic, North Atlantic, Black and Baltic Seas and the Pacific Ocean in accordance with international rules.
